Freya Symonds is a UK-based illustrator and surface pattern designer operating as Freya the Illustrator. Based in the Forest of Dean, she recently graduated from the University of South Wales and is building an early-career portfolio spanning repeating patterns, book cover artworks, stationery design, and decorative illustration. Her work is primarily digital with some traditional practice and is openly available for commissions and collaborations.

Nature-inspired illustration with detailed linework, vibrant colour, and textural depth. Work is inspired by the intricate structures found in plants, animals, and environments - flora and fauna are the primary motifs.
